I know - that was cheesy, but it kept popping into my head!
So, if you were in class tonight you already know this, but in case you weren't we wanted to let you know that some changes are coming. As Travis and David shared tonight, the Herzogs and the Domines feel the Lord leading them to help start a class for graduates of the newylwed/close class in the evening.
We have sent out several couples from our class to go serve elsewhere, so this is nothing new. But it feels a little bigger this time to lose two couples at once that are such an important part of our leadership. We were surprised at first, and maybe even a little panicked. :) What will we do? Who will step up? What if no one does? But the more we think and pray about it, we are left with a peace that God will provide and an excitement for what comes next for High Altitude and for this new class. We are excited to see what God does in these new marriages. We are proud of the Herzogs and the Domines for stepping up and stepping out in faith. But they will be greatly missed.
So in the midst of all this, Gregg's message tonight was of course perfectly timed. I mean the Holy Spirit was speaking directly to our class! Remember that the Holy Spirit is the spirit of truth, not of agreement! What does that mean for us as a class? That no matter how difficult it is, or how uncomfortable it makes us this is where He is leading and we must respond in obedience. That each of us would pray about our role in HA and where God is leading. That no matter how we feel about these changes we remember that it's not about us. Our prayer would be that every time you come to class or even think about coming to class, you come with the mindset of serving others. We hope that you get something out of it as well, but especially if you've been around for a while we need you there to reach out to others. Know that you are needed! And loved. Our door (or phone or email) is always open. :)

I can think of no other two couples more passionate about marriage than the Herzogs and Domines. They are perfect for the task! Those couples and their marriages will both be blessed. But we will miss you guys!!!
