Hello group, we are wanting to organize a care package to send to our class missionaries J&A. They have just been through their first Christmas overseas and we would like to brighten their New Year a little bit by sending them a few comforts of home.
So what are we talking about? Comforts of home? I know, your thinking of your favorite pair of socks, that awesome sweat shirt with the stain that your wife will not let you wear in public. You're thinking to yourself, "I love J&A but they cannot have my sweat shirt, no matter how much my wife wants to give it to them!!!"
Don't worry, we are not asking you to surrender the comforts of your home, we are asking you to buy some new comforts of home. Popcorn, microwave, extra buttery. Apparently its not as easy to find salty, buttery goodness overseas. Boxes of brownie mix. That's right, brownie mix. Our goal is to pack multiple hundreds of thousands of calories into a package, and send it over to them. Lets face it most of the healthy stuff is not up to the journey.
We will be getting together a more exhaustive list, and if there is anything that you think you couldn't live without overseas lets throw that in there as well.
